Eric Feinstein is president and broker for Select Properties, LLC and also is president of Mortgage Ventures. He is a past president of Mortgage Bankers of Greater Miami and past president of Mortgage Brokers in Dade County. He is a member of the National Multi-family Housing Committee, National Commercial Mortgage Committee and is president of Security Capital of Florida, LLC.

Eric lives in Naples with his wife.
