Rosemarie "Ro" Nocera was born in Washington D.C. and is a mother of four. She and her family moved to Naples in 1978. She opened and operated a successful silk floral and accessories retail store "Ro's Garden" for over 17 years. Ro has been very active helping the local charities in Naples. She has served on the boards of Catholic Charities of Collier County, Pilot Club International, Brothers and Sisters of Collier County, 41-10 Uptown, and the Neighborhood Health Clinic Outreach Committee. Ro also served as the honorary chairperson in 2001 for the Joe Logsdon Aids Foundation. She is serving as co-chair for the MS Black & White Ball to be held November 3rd, 2007 at Quail West Country Club.
